The Children’s Heart Federation (CHF) is launching You, Me, Help CHD!
If you like to fundraise by baking scrummy heart shaped cookies and holding an exciting teddy and toys tea party, here’s a fantastic recipe that Denise Kortlever, a cook-book author has kindly given permission for CHF to use:
Please ask mum and dad to send in photos so that we can share You, Me, Help CHD! via Facebook!
Knitting features massively too in You, Me, Help CHD!
Michelle Marshall who has her own craft and knitting website has kindly knitted a fantastic red beanie hat for CHF’s Molly’s Dolly! And this links in with the American Heart Association’s idea of knitting red hats for premature babies.
If you would like to knit your very own Molly’s Dolly Beanie please email: email@example.com and we’ll send you a pdf of the pattern.
Also, if you would like to knit a basic hat for a newborn please see link below:
And if you already have a Ravelry knitting account, please see further link below:
Michelle’s craft and knitting website can be viewed at: www.jackoscraftycorner.com so make sure you’ve got those knitting needles and wool to hand!
There are prizes for best photos for You, Me, Help CHD! too, so we can’t wait to see all the yummy baking, tea-partying and knitting you’ve got planned!
And photos can be sent in right up until the end of March, Easter 2016!
All money raised for the You, Me, Help CHD! campaign can be sent via our JustGiving page:
A CHF-HEARTfelt thank you for helping CHD!
