We welcome all those who leave a tribute to share contact details so that you can stay connected via our specialised mailing list, annual tributes and will receive a heart of perennial wildflower seeds to plant at home so memories can bloom year after year.

This space of commemoration has been created in response to those who have reached out and asked us for a place to remember their loved ones. Please join us in creating a special place for commemoration for all loved ones lost.

 

 

 

 

Organise a funeral collection

Set up an online funeral page where people can leave messages and donations in memory of your loved one. We can also send you resources for cash donations on the day such as collection boxes and envelopes. Contact us to find our more about a funeral collection.

Leave legacy to Children’s Heart Federation to honour someone you love.

Leaving a gift will enable CHF to continue work towards our vision, for all children with heart conditions to have their medical and social needs met so they can live the fullest life possible.
