Children's heart surgery to move from Belfast to Dublin
Children’s heart surgery will move to Dublin. We appreciate that some families hoped that surgery could remain in Belfast, but we support Heartbeat NI, that this is the best option for children needing hear surgery, particularly those with complex conditions. We note that it will take 12 -18 months to put everything in place and urge parents to contact Heartbeat NI with their thoughts.
