Public consultation - have your say. Deadline 9 August 2019
A recent review undertaken by NHS England recommended to the UK National Screening Committee (UK NSC) against using pulse oximetry as an additional test in the newborn and infant physical exam (NIPE).
- A public consultation is now being held on whether the evidence presented supports the decision.
- This is your chance to tell your story and experiences of pulse oximetry testing or the lack of it.
- Follow this link for further details and the consultations comments form which should be completed and emailed to screening.evidence@nhs.net by Friday 9th August 2019.
- Do not let the constraints of the form stop you from telling your story, add it as an additional comment.
CHF would like to hear your stories too, to help us fight this campaign for early detection of heart conditions.
Send them to info@chfed.org.uk
