CHF’s very own runner with a Heart Paul Willgoss has been chosen as one of Up and Running’s ‘Running Aid a Chairty Runner Campaign’ Competition Winners.

Paul has won a full set of running kit, help with his training plans and Up & Running will be promoting CHF and his Challenges!
