The Children’s Hearts UK memorial page has been created for people to share memories, photos and stories of loved ones who have passed away. It is a place where you can leave a lasting tribute and, if you choose to, create a link to a memorial fund or donation service.

Bereavement can affect people in many different ways and we realise that a tribute page may not be something everyone will want to use. This listing has been made in response to those people who have reached out and asked us for a place to remember their loved ones. Our pages are not limited to those loved ones who had a heart condition, nor to adults or children.

Sands – the stillbirth and neonatal loss charity.

Children’s Hearts UK offer this service free of charge and encourage anyone and everyone to complete the memorial form to send us your tribute.
