We are planning in person activities for children with heart conditions and invite families and carers to join the CHF team for a focus group discussion. This will be a great opportunity to meet one another, share experiences and concerns as a group, and to help us ensure CHF continues to meet needs and concerns to champion children with heart conditions to live the best life possible.
