This September we’re asking you to put your best foot forward raising awareness for children with heart conditions in a unique STEPtember challenge.

Join CHF on a Walk, Run or Stroll with your neighbours and friends, putting the heart into your neighbourhood to create your own ‘heart’ map!

Step 1: Sign up by creating your Just Giving page STEPtember Challenge 2024 – JustGiving

Step 2: Create your ‘heart map’ in your area through ‘On the go map’. Draw your desired heart on the map provided and get walking!

Step 3: Download a copy of our ‘STEPtember Heart Sheet’ and complete a ‘heart map’ everyday throughout September.

Step 4: Walk a path that traces a love heart shape or an anatomical heart- don’t forget every heart is unique.

Step 5: Send CHF your completed ‘STEPtember Heart Sheet’ and any photos or videos taken during your daily journeys to receive your STEPtember Medal.
