CHF held their summer family day for families at the Chatsworth Estate on Saturday 22nd August.

What was on offer at Chatsworth:

• Bush-craft skills at the newly built Stickyard education centre and use of the adventure playground
• Access to the world-famous Chatsworth House and Gardens
• A visit to the delightful Chatsworth farmyard, with lambs, horses and giant pigs, part of Chatsworth’s working farm
• A sumptuous lunch in the sun provided by Edensor Tea Cottage

It was a gorgeous, hot, sunny day in a beautiful secluded part of Derbyshire.  We were amazed by the size of the dens!

The day was made possible by the lovely people at the Alex Roberts-Miller Foundation and hosted by the amazing Devonshire Educational Trust.
