During this time, we are sharing ‘Your Stories’ every day throughout heart month.

Stories really matter; not only do they make a real difference to other people in a similar situation, they offer inspiration and comfort.

If you haven’t already done so and would like to share your story so that others are able to gain insight from it, you can send us your story and/or images by emailing your story (or just the main points we can write it up for you) with any pictures to CHF.

Wear red for CHFED

We are also calling on you all to host a ‘Wear red for CHFED’ day to raise awareness and vital funds to help us provide recognition, research, and resources to support those affected by children’s heart conditions. If you would like to participate by hosting a ‘Wear red for CHFED’ charity fundraising day at your school, please do let us know.

Together, we can continue to empower children with heart conditions, their families, and carers.
