ECHDO’s (European Congenital Heart Disease Organisation) annual meeting was held in Milan, Italy on the 24 – 25 of April. The main focus of the meeting included ‘Patient empowerment and cardiac rehabilitation’. Lecturers included Danielle Stephens Director of Programs of the Adult Congenital Heart Association in the USA and Prof. Roberto Tramarin, director of the department of Cardiac Rehabilitation of the IRCCS Policlinico San Donato.
