Anne Keatley-Clarke - Chief Executive

Anne Keatley-Clarke is the Chief  Executive of The Children’s Heart Federation, the leading children’s heart charity and the umbrella body for voluntary organisations working to meet the needs of children and young people with congenital and acquired heart conditions and their families. She also sits on the Board of ECHDO (The European Congenital Heart Disease Organisation).

Over the past 20 years she has been Chief Executive of several Third Sector health organisations and for 10 years, Anne was a Non-Executive Director of a Strategic Health Authority.

She is passionate about ensuring that the voice of service users and their carers and families are heard, particularly the voice of the most disadvantaged. She has campaigned on a number of national health, social care and education issues.

Using her legal training, for many years Anne was active in representing many parents at Special Educational Needs Tribunal. She now sits on The Social Security and Child Support (SSCS) Tribunal.
